Last couple days I noticed bunch of cars at a Baptist church between my house and town and couldn't figure what they may be up to. Then I thought they might be away at George W.Truett camp, which they told me in times passed they sometimes go.

They are independent Baptists, but one of their regulars has his sites set on med school.

I renewed my pledge to suggest they get a copy of Truett's biography and will trust the Holy Spirit that some of them along life's way will get the point Truett's ideas of separation of church and state are not those of Charles Pickering's Alliance Defense Fund; or worse, even those of the Jesse Helms N.C. SBC whose hands it appears the property has fallen into.
