Pull up a chair and introduce yourself. We're glad you're here.

Hi everyone, I'm Blake. I am a student at a Mennonite seminary studying Church history. I've taken particular interest in 17th century Baptist history especially the connections and influences the continental Anabaptists had on them in the very beginning. Being born and raised Southern Baptist I've also studied the Conservative Resurgence in some depth and am keeping tabs on the current movements in the SBC. Just wanted to introduce myself and say I'm looking forward to participating in what appears to be a vibrant and interesting community. God bless.

Welcome to the fray, Blake! Glad to have another hat in the ring, an especially appropriate metaphor since some of our discussions go round and round and round...

Thanks for joining us, Blake. From what I've read of your posts so far I think you'll be a very helpful person to have about.
