Grew up in So. California, Texan by proxy (parents from Texas), live in the high desert country in northwestern Nevada at 5,200' elevation. U.S. Marine Corps Viet Nam veteran, chaplains assistant, member of a small (110 member) SBC church near Reno, NV.. Work in electrical wholesale distribution business as operations manager and purchasing agent. I am married, we have 2 adult daughters (one hers, one mine). My hobbies are ham radio and writing /arranging music.

I volunteer with our County Sheriff Department as a member of the Citizens Homeland Security Council, trained in surveillance, terrorism and radical Islam.

I'm looking forward to good fellowship and being involved in discussions on this board. Feel free to PM any time on any subject as I hope to be an active participant here.
