There's never been a problem with her finding opportunities to seve in this capacity. The Lord doesn't call people into ministry without preparing a place for them. (BTW: not being ordained may actually be a plus.)

I go to a SBC church, and right now we have an un-ordained lady leading the worship... Usually, LW, a male intern, leads it, but while he's out of town, despite the fact that there's other guys on the worship team that could lead worship (including the lead pastor, a former music leader), BJ (the lady) is leading the worship...either we're odd SBCs, or the ones in your area are odd SBCs.

Depending on your willingness and ability to relocate, CBF has a placement service that seems to be pretty pro-active. I'm in education/discipleship and got a lot of calls from churches when I was looking around.
I also notice quite a few ads for music/worship leaders advertised in Baptists Today. Their website is linked to this one.
